At Blomies, we are a proudly South African brand. All our orders are fulfilled and dispatched from our local couriers right here in South Africa. This ensures your order arrives safely and quickly.

Shipping Destinations

We ship nationwide across South Africa, from major metros like Johannesburg, Cape Town, and Durban to regional and outlying towns.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Calculated at Checkout: Shipping rates are determined by the weight of your order and your specific delivery address.
Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over R900 to a pudo locker near you.

Processing Time

Dispatch: All orders are typically processed and packed within 2–8 business days (excluding weekends and South African public holidays).
Order Tracking: As soon as your order is collected by our courier partners, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once dispatched, your order should arrive within the following timeframes:

Main Centers (JHB, CPT, DBN, PTA): 2–7 business days.
Regional & Outlying Areas: 5–10 business days.

Please note: These are estimates. While we aim for speed, delays may occasionally occur during peak seasonal periods or due to local courier service disruptions.

Shipping Address Changes

Mistakes happen! Please contact us at hi@blomies.co.za within 4 hours of placing your order if you need to update your address. Once your package has been collected by the courier, we are unfortunately unable to change the delivery destination.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate your parcel, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work directly with the courier to investigate the issue and provide updates.
